- SHOES - FREE Standard Shipping on shoes anywhere in Europe.
- SHOES - small shipping fee for shipping outside of Europe.
- Non Shoe orders more than 70 Euro in value - FREE Standard shipping world wide.
- Non Shoe orders less than 70 Euro in value - Flat Shipping Rate of 10 Euro world wide.
- Shipping charges for shoes outside of Europe will be calculated at checkout.
- We will provide you with a tracking number when we ship.
- If you need your order shipped ASAP and received within 2 to 3 days, please contact us to receive quotes for priority delivery options.
- Payment will only be taken from your credit card once your order has been shipped.
- If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for these until we actually ship them to you, and these items will be free of any shipping charges - see shipping policy above :o)
- If choose to pay by bank (wire) transfer, we will need to receive the funds within three business days.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, and (size) EXCHANGES - SHOES ONLY
We understand if you fall out of love with your RASPBERRY HEELS, perhaps their size, style, color, attitude, or personality just isn't for you. Don’t worry you have 14 days (and a little more time during Christmas) to finish your relationship and return them for a full refund. If just the sizing is the problem, but you love the style, we can simply process a straight across exchange. Whether it's a refund or exchange, there are a few simple rules and it depends on how and when you purchased your shoes, so please read the following terms carefully.
- The shoes must be UNWORN.
- The shoes must be returned in their original (undamaged) state and packaging.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method… meaning if you paid using your VISA card the refund will be issued to that same VISA card.
- Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement… this is out of our control.
If you purchased your RASPBERRY HEELS through www.raspberryheels.com here are a few additional things to note.
- Upon receiving the item please call or email us within 14 days to inform us that it isn't working out. In order to receive a full refund we'll provide detailed instructions for the return.
- Pack the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ship them back to us before the 14 days is up. Be sure to include the original receipt/invoice, otherwise we will be unable to issue your refund.
- If you chose to have your items gift wrapped then this service cannot be refunded.
- All returns are at the owner’s expense... we shipped them for free so please cover their travel expenses back.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are applicable for exchanges (unless free shipping was offered).
- If a package is unclaimed at the destination and shipped back to Raspberry Heels then any courier/customs charges related to this return will be deducted from the refund.
- We recommend you purchase insurance when shipping your shoes, and please be sure to keep the tracking number… if the mail man falls in love with them (mail men have good taste too) and we don`t see them we obviously cannot issue a refund.
Its Christmas and you want to surprise someone (fabulous idea for a present by the way), so items purchased from December 1 - 16th will have until Dec 31st for returns/exchanges; following the same guidelines as above.
If you purchased your shoes at regular price and not more than 14 days before a sale we will adjust the price (to the sale price) if and only if that particular style and size is in stock at the time of the price adjustment request.
For hygienic reasons we do not accept return or issues exchanges on Tights, Stockings, and Socks.
